DIRECT MOUNT – Parts can be screwed directly into the pig body.
Our DPC and DPR bodies have specially designed threads which screw directly into the body of the pig. They are designed to be mounted in the harder durometer cast or molded pigs and will not pull out easily. A small pilot hole must first be drilled, then the threads are very sharp and can be screwed directly into the pig. The DPC series is very durable and will remove buildup and scale from many surfaces. The sharp-tipped DPR series is recommended to break the most difficult scale and coking. Both of these series are available in 3 stock lengths – ½”, ¾”, and 1” thread lengths from stock. A 1 ½” long part is available by special order.
